It doesn't take a thousand men,
It only takes just one
It takes one filled with hate
To send another of God's Sons
Up to the pearly gate.

To steal another life of God's
With the trigger of a gun.

To beat a man all black and blue
And then, just simply run.

To rape a girl, leave her to die
Before the setting sun

To pat a child on their back
And say, this job, Well done.

It doesnt' take a thousand men
It only takes just one,
To sit and read with his sweet boy
And say I love you Son.
